Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Data Export Before Cancellation
Before canceling, we recommend exporting all your notes. You can export your data at any time from the app settings, even after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be considered for:
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service not meeting described functionality
- Account access issues due to platform bugs
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at hello@notedown.xyz
- Include your account email and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Partial subscription periods (if service was used)
- Change of mind after service usage
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Issues caused by user error or misunderstanding
Free Tier
Our free tier remains available even after subscription cancellation. You can continue using Notedown with free tier limitations.
